Privacy Policy
Last updated October 3, 2026
Circle of Integrity ("the Circle", "we") is a men's brotherhood with chapters across South Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you join, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you give us on our sign-up form: your name, mobile number, email, home and business zip codes, your trade or profession, and who referred you.
- Your answers on your personal chapter page: whether you will attend a meeting, and whether you opened the link to our WhatsApp group.
How we use it
- To place you in a chapter based on where you live and work and your trade.
- To send you your chapter details, meeting dates, RSVP requests and meeting reminders, by text message and email.
- To keep an accurate member roster for the chapter leaders who run your meetings.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we send chapter updates such as your assignment, meeting dates, RSVP requests and reminders. Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our text message terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Your details are seen only by the Circle's chapter leaders. We do not share, rent or sell your mobile number or text message consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text messaging provider carries our messages for us and may not use your number for any other purpose.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
- Tap "Not for me? Remove me" on your personal chapter page, or email us, to be removed from the roster.
- Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
